More about the Ballpark of Bark
More than just a spectacular (and pretty thoroughly amenitized environment itself) place for baseball, the Hounds’ home will become your central focus for all entertainment, sports and culture in Loudoun. The ballpark will be a gathering place for locals, a destination for visitors and a prized landmark for Loudouners to be proud of. We've never before had a venue of this caliber around these parts.
Our yard can be configured for football, lacrosse, soccer, baseball or softball, handling high school, college and professional competition. It will play host to shows, concerts, festivals and graduations. In our yard, everyone will want to come out and play.
We are constantly aware of the park’s environmental impact on our picturesque Loudoun County. So our yard will be designed conscientious about a light footprint on the land that sustains and inspires us.
When you’re at the ballpark and have a question, problem, concern, suggestion, anything at all – find any Hounds staffer and bring it up. We’re all on the same team, and when we provide our fans with the highest possible value of affordable, family fun and address their matters with immediate compassion, that’s when we are victorious.
We eagerly anticipate a near-future groundbreaking date, complete with ceremony and pomp. Thereafter we’ll have live webcam feeds from the ballpark site, proudly showcasing the progress of the “DogYard,” the “Ballpark of Bark,” the “House of the Hounds,” the “K9 Kennel,” whatever you want to call your new home for Loudoun’s entertainment, worldly culture, neighborly tidings and Fun With the Pack.
